PARALON Plus ST
Paralon Plus ST is a prefabricated waterproofing membrane designed for exceptional mechanical strength. It is created through the coextrusion of PARALLOY® compound, which features metallocene resins with tailored molecular weights blended into bitumen. This process is reinforced by a continuous filament polyester non-woven fabric, ensuring controlled dimensional stability with mineral fibres aligned longitudinally. The Paralon Plus ST membrane come in black finishes at a thickness of 3 mm. Paralon Plus ST typically requires a top layer of either Paralon ARD/ HS Plus or Paralon Anti-Root dependant on overburdened finishes. Two layers of Paralon Plus ST may be permissible, consult Fatra Australia for project specific advice.

PARALON ARD/ HS Plus
Paralon ARD/ HS Plus is a prefabricated waterproofing membrane designed for exceptional mechanical strength. It is created through the coextrusion of PARALLOY® compound, which features metallocene resins with tailored molecular weights blended into bitumen. This process is reinforced by a continuous filament polyester non-woven fabric, ensuring controlled dimensional stability with mineral fibres aligned longitudinally. The Paralon ARD/ HS Plus membrane features a self-protected slate flake finish and is intended to be used as the top sheet in combination with Paralon Plus ST as the base sheet.

PARALON ANTI-ROOT
Paralon Anti-Root is a prefabricated waterproofing membrane designed for specialized applications. This innovative product is created through the coextrusion of a compound made from elastoplastomeric bitumen-polymer, enhanced with special additives such as fatty acids, phenoxics, and esterifiers. These components provide a durable, root-resistant effect.
The membrane also features a non-woven polyester reinforcement with continuous filaments, fully integrated within its structure to ensure optimal performance.
Paralon Anti-Root successfully passes rigorous testing for root resistance and is intended to be used as the top sheet in combination with Paralon Plus ST as the base sheet.

IMPER WB PRIMER
Imper WB Primer is a Bituminous water-based primer, for cementitious substrates. Imper WB Primer is specifically used in waterproofing, to fix residual dust and to promote the bonding of bituminous waterproofing systems on cement or, more generally, on porous surfaces. It can be used for the application of "hot" or "cold" waterproof layers. It is particularly suitable in cases where the use of non-toxic, solvent-free products is required, without the release of unpleasant odours.

MULTIHOLES S/40
Multiholes S/40 is a perforated membrane for connecting layers for waterproofing semi-adhesive systems, made of polymer-bitumen with reinforced fibreglass reinforcement. It has upper and lower surfaces protected by the TERMOTENE film in non-stick function.
